The Minimal Filing Cabinet represents a refined, space-saving evolution in under-desk storage, specifically engineered to provide heavy-duty utility within a compact, low-profile footprint. This model distinguishes itself through a streamlined design philosophy that replaces traditional protruding hardware with sleek, low-profile, horizontal pull handles, creating an unobtrusive aesthetic that complements modern, minimalist workstations.
Designed by Desky's in-house industrial team to ensure a clean, minimal & spacious workspace.
Despite its smaller stature, the cabinet offers a comprehensive two-tier storage system, featuring a dedicated utility drawer for stationery and electronics paired with a high-capacity lower filing drawer designed for professional-grade document organisation. Security is centralised through a single keyed lock that simultaneously secures both levels, while the entire unit is built on a robust steel-core frame with laminate drawer fronts finished in a clear, hard-wearing polyurethane to resist scratches and spills.
For maximum stability, the cabinet is equipped with a specialised five-caster system, including a front-centre wheel that prevents tipping when the bottom drawer is fully extended. Available in a wide range of premium laminate and wood finishes that match our Desky desks—as well as solid Black or White—and backed by a 5-year warranty, this cabinet is the definitive favourite for professionals who require secure, mobile, and aesthetically cohesive storage that fits perfectly beneath standard or height-adjustable desks.
Looking to tidy up your work area without losing your style? The Minimal Filing Cabinet is designed to feel like a natural part of your Desky desk, offering a smart way to clear your desktop of stray electronics and paperwork. By providing a dedicated home for your essentials, it helps you move the daily clutter out of sight, creating a peaceful and organized environment where you can truly focus.
With its sleek, flush-front design and low profile pull handles, this cabinet keeps your office looking sharp and snag-free. Whether you’re setting up a corporate suite or a cozy home office, it helps you make the most of your space while perfectly matching the clean, modern aesthetic of your Desky setup.
